With proper care, our raw and virgin human hair wigs last 1–3+ years of regular wear. Lace life depends on install frequency and removal technique — always use a gentle adhesive remover, never pull.

Can I dye, bleach, or heat-style my wig?

Yes — every D.KSlays wig is 100% human hair and can be colored, bleached, and heat-styled. For best results (and to protect your investment), book a customization appointment so we can color-match, bleach the knots, and style without damaging the cap.

How do I book an appointment?

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is applied toward the final service total. Full payment is due at the end of your appointment.

What is your cancellation / rescheduling policy?

We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment forfeit the deposit. No-call/no-shows must rebook with a new deposit.

Yes — we ship nationwide via tracked priority mail. In-stock units typically ship within 1–2 business days. International shipping available on request.

Can I pick up my wig in person?

Yes. Choose pickup at checkout and we'll have your unit ready at the D.KSlays Studio, usually within 4 hours.

When will sold-out wigs be back in stock?

Most styles restock within 2–4 weeks. Drop us a message on WhatsApp or Instagram and we'll add you to the notify list for that style.

Do you take pre-orders or custom requests?

Yes. We accept custom unit requests (length, density, lace, color). Custom units typically take 3–6 weeks. A 50% deposit is required to begin sourcing.

What's your return policy on wigs?

Accepted Answer

For hygiene reasons, all wig sales are final once the unit has been worn, washed, cut, colored, or had the lace altered. Unopened units in original packaging may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
